## 🚨 When Fire Alarm Sounds

  **STOP immediately.** Do not collect belongings or finish tasks.
</Warning>

**Immediate Actions:**

1. **Listen** for alarm type (continuous = evacuate now)
2. **Alert** others around you
3. **Move** to nearest exit immediately
4. **Never** use elevators

## 🚪 Evacuation Steps

**Phase 1: Leave Area (0-30 seconds)**

* Leave everything behind
* Help others nearby
* Close doors (don't lock)

**Phase 2: Exit Building (30 seconds - 3 minutes)**

* Use nearest safe exit
* Stay low if smoke present
* Test doors before opening (hot = find alternate route)
* Walk quickly, don't run

**Phase 3: Assembly Point (3-5 minutes)**

* Go to designated assembly area:
  * **Front:** Main parking lot
  * **Side:** Side parking area
  * **Back:** Athletic field
* Stay 150+ feet from building

**Do:**
✅ Report to your designated area
✅ Line up by class/group
✅ Stay quiet for attendance
✅ Wait for official instructions

**Don't:**
❌ Re-enter building
❌ Leave assembly area
❌ Block emergency vehicles
❌ Socialize or play around

2. Grab roster and emergency folder
3. Lead students to nearest exit
4. Take attendance at assembly point

**Admin:**

1. Coordinate with emergency services
2. Manage communications
3. Ensure all areas evacuated
